Private tour pricing depends on the programme, group size and season. Shorter experiences such as a private reindeer encounter or snowshoe trek, typically start from €500 for a small group. Full-day programmes, multi-activity combos, and experiences like the King Crab Safari in Norway are priced higher and quoted individually. Yes - fully. You can choose the pace, which activities to combine, and any dietary or accessibility requirements. If you want to combine, say, a private snowmobile safari with a Shaman evening and a reindeer lunch the next day, we design it as a seamless programme. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll propose options.

There is no minimum. Private tours are available from 1 person, for example, a solo traveller wanting an exclusive photography session or a couple booking a private Aurora experience. Pricing scales accordingly; we'll always give you the most cost-effective format for your group size.

Yes, corporate incentives and team-building programmes are one of our most common private bookings. We have experience handling groups of 5 to 50 people, with logistics that include coordinated transfers, split groups running parallel activities, and evening dinners in private wilderness settings. We can provide a full programme proposal with timing, group management and catering options.

For December - particularly Christmas week - we recommend booking 6-9 months in advance, as private Santa programmes fill quickly. For January through March, 2-4 months is generally sufficient, though popular dates can go earlier. For corporate groups requiring coordinated logistics, 6 months ahead gives us the best opportunity to arrange everything properly. We can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests - contact us and we'll check availability.

Fully Private means the entire experience - guide, transport, location and timing - is reserved exclusively for your group. No other visitors present. 

Comfort+ means private transport and a dedicated guide, but the activity itself (for example, the farm or kennel) may have other visitors on site.
