Work with us in Levi, FINNISH Lapland

Winter Season 2026 - 2027

Scandinavian Travel Group is hiring for the Arctic season. We are looking for experienced, reliable and service-minded people who want more than just another winter job.

At STG, a good winter season starts with proper support, a reliable team, clear communication and work that feels meaningful. Our focus is quality over quantity: small groups, private experiences and carefully delivered Arctic moments.

Scandinavian Travel Group is a local family-owned travel company with over 20 years of experience in Lapland tourism. We create high-quality private activities, excursions and winter experiences for international guests - from families and private groups to world-class athletes, celebrities and executives.

Our working environment is international, practical and team-oriented. We value professionalism, reliability, warmth, initiative and the ability to work well under seasonal pressure. Quality over quantity is not a tagline - it's how we operate every single day.

We are especially interested in candidates who already understand the reality of winter work in Lapland: long days, changing conditions, high expectations, teamwork, guest care and the importance of good preparation.
