A second activity slot opens after lunch - Family Snowmobile, Husky 12:20, or Levi Classic. Santa Hideaway runs at 15:40 and 17:15.
Evening: 18 - 21
Evening Snowmobile departs at 18:45 or later. Polarman's Camp starts at 20:00 - the aurora dome and campfire programme runs late.

Husky 5 km, Super Reindeer, and Santa Hideaway fill fastest - often 3-5 months ahead in peak season. Check "Seats left" on the calendar.

How to read the schedule
- Navigate to your travel dates
Use the arrow buttons at the top of the calendar to move to the week you're visiting. "3 Days" view is easiest for planning - you see three days side by side and can spot which time slots are free across them.
- Check "Seats left" on each block
Every tour block shows remaining availability. If a tour shows 3-5 seats left, book it that day - popular tours fill without warning, especially Husky 5 km and Santa Hideaway.
- Filter by colour to reduce noise
Use the sidebar to hide categories you're not interested in. Travelling without children? Deselect Family Snowmobile and Santa. Want only evening programmes? Select just those. The calendar becomes much clearer.

Good to know: Don't combine husky + reindeer + snowmobile in one day - it's too much for children. Two activities with a proper break are the right rhythm.
One active day - one serious aurora night
A daytime snowmobile ride while you're fresh, then the evening saved entirely for the northern lights at Polarman's Camp - away from resort light pollution.
Relaxed day

How many activities can we realistically do in one day?
2 to 3 activities are comfortable for most guests. A typical pattern: one morning tour (9:00-11:30), one afternoon tour (13:00-15:30 or 15:40-17:15), and one evening programme (18:45 or 20:00). Three activities in a day work well if at least one is 1.5 hours or shorter. Avoid booking four - it leaves no buffer for transfers, equipment fitting, or a hot drink between tours.
Which tours sell out first and should I book immediately?
Husky Safari, Super Reindeer Safari, and Santa Hideaway fill fastest - sometimes 5-7 months ahead in December and January. Evening Snowmobile and Polarman's Camp also sell quickly on weekends. Book these the moment you know your dates. Morning Snowmobile Classic and Easy Snowshoeing typically have more availability closer to the date.
What happens if a tour is full when I check the calendar?
Contact us on WhatsApp - we occasionally have cancellations, and for private tour enquiries we can sometimes open additional capacity for groups of 4+. For Husky and Santa Hideaway, a waitlist is the best option; we notify waitlisted guests immediately when spots open.
Can I book multiple activities at once and get a discount?
Yes. If you're booking three or more activities for a group of 4 or more, contact us directly for a combined quote. We offer package pricing for multi-activity bookings that isn't available through the online booking widget. WhatsApp is the fastest way to get this.
