Experience the warmth and wonder of Christmas with a personal visit to Santa Claus’s new home in Elves Village, located just outside Levi! This enchanting activity offers families and visitors of all ages the chance to meet Santa in a cozy, festive setting — a perfect blend of Lappish charm, Christmas spirit, and magical storytelling.

Step into Santa’s beautiful mountain house, where the roof is strong enough for reindeer landings, and the windows offer a view of the northern sky — glowing with auroras in winter and the midnight sun in summer.

Inside, you’ll be welcomed into a warm, inviting atmosphere that celebrates the true spirit of Christmas. Your journey includes access to a secret door that opens into Santa’s historical room, where visitors can discover the fascinating history of toys. The tour continues into an audiovisual exhibition room, featuring stories from a talking tree, all set within soft lighting and atmospheric Lappish décor — building anticipation for the moment you've been waiting for.

The highlight of your visit is a magical elevator ride that takes you directly to Santa Claus’s private room, where Santa himself welcomes each guest for a private meeting.

Don’t forget to bring your letter — and prepare to be enchanted.

        Registration

        Please register for the program upon arrival at the Visitor Center in Elves Village, where our staff will assist you and guide you toward Santa’s house.

        Meeting Santa Claus

        Each family will enjoy a private 5–10 minute meeting with Santa Claus.

        Photography is allowed, but video recording is not permitted during the meeting with Santa.

        Santa gives a small gift to every child.

        Letter to Santa Claus

        You may bring the letter with you, and we’ll ensure it’s delivered to Santa before your meeting. This is included in the program price.

        A printable letter template (PDF) can be sent to you upon request.

        Please fill in the letter using the Latin alphabet (English or Finnish).

        *Transportation

        Transportation from Levi is not included in the price of our tour.
        Private transportation can be added separately during the booking process. Prices are given per car for return transfer:

        Minivan (1-8 pers) - 100€,  Sprinter (9-19 pers) - 250 €, Coach (20-53 pers) - 400 €

        Please note: Thermal clothing is not provided as part of this program.

        If needed, warm winter clothing can be rented separately from Safarimarket in Levi center.
